Site Visit to the Premises
-
Where required we will visit the premises to review the proposed premises licence application and familiarise ourselves with the business and its location. We will then prepare and agree with you appropriate conditions to include within your application.
Premises Licence Plan
-
We review the existing plans or where required develop new premises licence plans to the required scale.
Consult with the Responsible Authorities
-
We consult with the responsible authorities, depending on the nature of the application. Where appropriate we seek to reach consensus prior to submitting the premises licence application, in order to pre-empt any challenges the application may face.
Submit the Premises Licence Application
-
We use your instructions to complete the premises licence application form and submit all the relevant forms attached with the correct fees to your local issuing authority. We submit an electronic and printed copy of the premises licence application to the responsible authorities. We organise Statutory Notices and Newspaper Advertisements.

At the End of the Consultation Period
-
Check and return the premises licence: At the end of the consultation period, if no representations are received your premises licence will be granted and we will send a printed and electronic copy of your new premises licence to you within 24 hours of receiving the licence from the local authority. If objections are received, a further estimate will need to be calculated to determine the fee for liaising with the local authority, responsible authorities and objectors. Please note we do not offer legal representation at the licensing sub-committee hearings, you will need to seek other providers of this service.
Reviewing and Resolving Representations
-
We will review any representations (objections) received against your premises licence application and advise on a strategy going forward. We will where appropriate negotiate with those who submit representations, with a view to resolving them.
